  • Looking Back in Time

To understand how we think, act, and struggle today, we need to look deep into our biological past. Our brains — the tools we use to reason — are the product of millions of years of evolution. The path to modern humans is marked by survival, adaptation, and legacy.

  • Relativity and Reaction (R&R)

As part of further training by my firm as an engineer I attended a Kepner-Tregoe seminar. This introduced me to a strategy for critical thinking. Later in Germany I attended a course on “How to Give Feedback Back” — this brought my attention to the pattern of observation consequence and action.

  • Introduction: Action, Reaction, and the Human Paradox

This series is about learning that discipline. Observation, consequence, and action are simple words, but together they form a method for navigating complexity without being crushed by it. They do not guarantee perfection, but they offer clarity where noise prevails, and balance where extremes collide.
